Cancellation and Payment Policy

Payment must be settled 48-hours in advance of your session, or if part of a package before your first session. If we do not receive payment 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment, we will consider this a cancellation.

Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not receive a refund.

No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will not be able to receive a refund.
