Life is uncertain, changeable, and dynamic…we need to learn how to surf the waves of life. After many frustrations trying to control what I could not, I learned some valuable lessons. Having a background of 20+ years of a successful career as a lawyer with graduate degrees in Political Science and International Affairs, together with an intense, driven, and perfectionist personality, I have struggled with anxiety, burnout, and constant stress.
I was fortunate to have faced difficult challenges very early on in life, that went way beyond what I was prepared to handle alone, and a psychotherapist suggested that I practice yoga to inhabit my body, so I could feel more grounded. My yoga practice became my primordial tool to manage stress, keep my balance, and find resilience.
When the COVID 19 pandemic came about, yoga once again my grounding tool. I felt compelled to study and share this. I decided to complete two formal Yoga Teacher Training certifications. With this same calling, I decided to enroll in the Total Well-Being Coaching program at Chopra Global.
During my studies at Chopra, I experienced a shift and decided to quit my corporate job to start my own practice as a coach. I was ready to share what I have learned along the way. I found the Chopra total well-being coaching model is a tool that allows me to work together with my clients to improve any aspect of their lives. I mix yoga’s holistic and multidimensional perspective of the self with the modern scientific techniques.

"Discover Your Mantra," consists of four 1.5-hour classes where you will receive a personalized mantra based on your birth details. This course, which complements my coaching practice, teaches Deepak Chopra’s Primordial Sound Meditation technique.
Through this course, you will establish your own meditation practice, understand how meditation contributes to a healthier and more joyful life, and receive a personal mantra tailored specifically for you. The sessions can be conducted online or in person, either privately or in small groups.
